If hunting and watching birds currently migrating in your region is your passion then you are at the right place. WindMig is the website that allows you to follow the bird migration in Europe in a simple and detailed way.

If you just want to surf on the website, choose the game you are interested in and walk around the calendar to observe the different movements.

Zoom and move within the maps: a table gathering all observations updates automatically.Move your mouse over the table to plot the observations on the map.The colour of the markers change with the intensity of the observed movement. Put your mouse over themarkers to get more information.

You want to contribute to WindMig and add your own observations? Create an account, choose the spots on the mapwhere you want to perform your observations and share the number of birds you see. It is very easy.

WindMig allows you also to get detailed weather forecasts for any european zone. Just decide which spots you want to follow.

You can also create weather forecast alerts for these spots on the basis of your own criteria: direction and strength ofthe wind, temperature, etc. You receive a daily email when your criteria are verified.

A forum is available to share with the other members about hunting, migration and weather.

doj24 Villefranche-du-Périgord 24550-France		Sortis 2h30 après-midi avec Icare et Salto sous un ciel mitigé, une T° de 16°. Ce matin 4°. Nous sommes allés faire une place que je n'avais pas faite encore cette année dans un versant difficile et même parfois impénétrable exposé au SO avec des chênes, des ronciers et beaucoup d'acacias. Icare a trouvé où elle était mais il n'y avait plus que des miroirs. Ils la retrouveront à 4 reprises mais je ne pourrais l'apercevoir qu'une fois. Suite à d'autres arrêts, je pense qu'il y en avait aussi une autre, mais je ne l'ai pas vue. Ensuite nous sommes allés faire une autre place très humide avec des chênes et des buissons noirs. Icare, après un arrêt, a coulé la bécasse mais l'a perdue dans les buissons. A ma grande surprise, le jeune Salto l'a retrouvée dans le buisson avec un très bel arrêt ferme. Icare l'a rejoint pour le patronner. Si elle était là, je me devais de ne pas le décevoir. Un bruit d'aile, un coup de feu et Salto me l'a rapportée, heureux et fier. Moi aussi, j'étais très satisfait de l'avoir vu travailler cette bécasse. En rentrant vers la voiture, mes 2 pointers ont marqué 2 arrêts fermes à 2 reprises mais déjà partie. Heureux de cette fin de journée pour le jeune Salto qui fait ses classes. woodcock: forest / few shooters wo:2
