If you just want to surf on the website, choose the game you are interested in and walk around the calendar to observe the different movements.
Zoom and move within the maps: a table gathering all observations updates automatically.Move your mouse over the table to plot the observations on the map.The colour of the markers change with the intensity of the observed movement. Put your mouse over themarkers to get more information.
You want to contribute to WindMig and add your own observations? Create an account, choose the spots on the mapwhere you want to perform your observations and share the number of birds you see. It is very easy.
WindMig allows you also to get detailed weather forecasts for any european zone. Just decide which spots you want to follow.
You can also create weather forecast alerts for these spots on the basis of your own criteria: direction and strength ofthe wind, temperature, etc. You receive a daily email when your criteria are verified.

Je suis allé faire une place dans un tertre très pentu où j'avais levé 2 bécasses il y a quelques jours mais rien de rien. Parties?? Ensuite je suis allé faire une autre place dans une coupe de châtaigniers relativement fournie. Un bel arrêt d'Icare mais la truffe haute, je pense qu'elle est partie ou bien qu'elle est loin de lui. En effet, je m'avance à côté d'Icare et un bruit d'ailes à une vingtaine de mètres devant nous. J'entrevois la bécasse à 1m du sol qui plonge dans le penchant. Je la recherche sans succès. J'arrêt la recherche et je continue dans le bois et tout à coup plus de grelot. Où il est?? (je n'ai pas de bipper et je n'en veux pas). Je le siffle et je le cherche pendant 4 ou 5mn. Rien. Il est à l'arrêt, mais où? Et puis j'entends à nouveau le grelot. Je comprends à son attitude qu'il en a vu une. Vers où est-elle partie? Je continue la chasse et en traversant un grand bois, Icare plante un arrêt à 15m devant moi au pied d'un gros châtaigniers. Je veux m'avancer mais j'aperçois la bécasse qui décolle derrière Icare à une vingtaine de mètres. Il avait pris l'effluve à l'envers. Nous allons vers où elle est allée. Je suis un vieux chemin dans le bois, Icare en bordure du chemin arrête à nouveau. Ce coup-ci, je m'avance devant lui rapidement, trop tard elle est déjà partie. J'en ai marre. Nous allons vers la voiture et au milieu d'une grande coupe, un nouvel arrêt. Icare coule, moi à ses côtés et...elle est encore partie. Vraiment sorcière celle-la. Mais on verra mercredi sera un autre jour si elles n'ont pas faite les valises avant car avec ce redoux annoncé, ça sent la fin... woodcock: forest / few shooters wo:2 |
