If you just want to surf on the website, choose the game you are interested in and walk around the calendar to observe the different movements.
Zoom and move within the maps: a table gathering all observations updates automatically.Move your mouse over the table to plot the observations on the map.The colour of the markers change with the intensity of the observed movement. Put your mouse over themarkers to get more information.
You want to contribute to WindMig and add your own observations? Create an account, choose the spots on the mapwhere you want to perform your observations and share the number of birds you see. It is very easy.
WindMig allows you also to get detailed weather forecasts for any european zone. Just decide which spots you want to follow.
You can also create weather forecast alerts for these spots on the basis of your own criteria: direction and strength ofthe wind, temperature, etc. You receive a daily email when your criteria are verified.

doj24 Villefranche-du-Périgord weather 24550-France | Chassé 2h cet après-midi par une journée printanière. J'ai pris mon jeune pointer et je suis allé faire des places dans un tertre qu'on hésite à faire car escarpé, caillouteux au milieu des buissons noirs, genièvres et petits chênes. Après une montée abrupte, dans un taillis, mon jeune chien commence à fouetter et plante un arrêt. J'arrive à sa hauteur, il coule sur quelques dizaines de mètres, j'essaie de le suivre...mais rien. On repart vers la lisière du taillis et là, il me plante encore un arrêt ferme. Je m'approche en vitesse, je me place et...fla-fla suivi d'un coup de fusil qui arrête net le vol de la bécasse. En plus de ça, il me la rapporte car elle était tombée dans des ronces. Je ne sais pas qui était le plus heureux entre mon jeune pointer et moi. J'ai continué de faire le flanc du tertre. Un peu plus loin, dans les genièvres, un autre arrêt aussi ferme que le premier. Je me place en face de mon chien puis il se met à couler, à couler. Je le suis mais sans succès ce coup-ci. Elle a du partir sans que je la vois ou l'entende. Il est 5h, on rentre. Je suis crevé et trempe mais heureux du travail de mon jeune chien. woodcock: forest / few shooters wo:1 | |
